In 2000 Bette Midler starred in her own sitcom named Bette and was destined to be a hit for CBS's Fall 2000 lineup but after so many episodes Bette got cancelled by CBS. Though few Bette Midler fans remember this sitcom it was a smart step for Bette Midler to take. Bette also was known for the fun theme song called Nobody Else But You that was also sung by Bette Midler as well that appeared on the cd of the same name
