I just saw the MASH episode where the gang makes up "Capt. Tuttle," then kills him off and Hawkeye has to give a fake eulogy. A similar thing happened on Seinfeld, where Elaine's alter ego "Suzy" is killed off and Elaine does the eulogy. Are there other sitcoms that do this?
