I think that is very nice and noble ! ;) It's a sweet thing to do around Christmas time! I'm sure it will go fine and you will be safe! The Lord will be with you ! :)

Sorry if this sounds dense, but I always assumed working for the Salvation Army was a volunteer type thing. I honestly didn't realize that some people get paid for it.

Last Wednesday, I was hoping for The Salvation Army to call me...but they didn't!

It's now Friday and I haven't heard from The Salvation Army and ringing the bell...did they ignore me or do I have to call them?

Well...

I actually rang the bell yesterday...it wasn't that bad. I rang a bell at my first job...it wasn't the same location, but it was where I worked once... Discount Drug Mart.
