I can understand the Chief being mad at her for cheating, but good grief!! A kid 17 years old is way too old to spank. Julie was too old too at 15. It seemed ridiculous. Who still spanks their kids after about 12 or so?? If Katie had been a lot younger, then maybe a spanking would have been the thing to do. But you don't treat a teenager the same way you do a little kid!

I know. She was very shocked. It had probably been years since he had spanked her. Julie was hilarious though when asked who took the test, and she said, "First give me the belt". LOL! And, when the Chief is chasing Katie down the stairs, you can see Julie stop dead in her tracks at the corner of the camera when she sees he's got the belt.
