I remember not long after she died that I was reading in a magazine (People, maybe) that anytime that anyone would question her age on her birthday that she would say, "I don't know. How old was I last year?"

:) I also remember GI producers saying they wouldn't have asked her to do some of the things she did if they knew how old she truly was at the time of making the show...(late sixties, which wouldn't be considered that old at all nowadays!)

Admittedly I don't know a lot about Natalie's non-GI career (fan with blinders), but she did seem to be a truly remarkable woman!:cool:
