I think they liked the actress so brought her back again and kept her name. She was a lot nicer in Wally’s Car Accident. They should have changed her name to Sally Henderson, another name they liked.

That Shirley in Wally’s License was a real jerk and the Drivers Ed guy should have told her to mind her own business.
