Bleh. I'm sure both will be in color.

I agree artificial color has nothing on true black and white, but I'm just happy they're being shown at all. The fact that these series are 66 and 56 years old and still airing primetime on a major network is beautiful.

Of course the color isn't real.

The color is awful plus don't they edit stuff out?

I like the color but they are edited unfortunately. I’ll still be watching. At least they have fancy new closing credits and no crunch.

That they're edited should be a forgone conclusion, frankly. I hope one of the Dick Van Dyke episodes is the Alan Brady Christmas episode, unlike last year.

Since I have both shows on DVD I'll be watching them, Uncut, Uncolored and COMMERCIAL FREE! :D

Yeah they're edited unfortunately. It's become the norm.

Aesthetically speaking, the colorization is fantastic and it almost looks believable. Whether the show is still enjoyable is a different story. Personally, I can't enjoy the show like normal, knowing the visuals are fake and have been recreated.
