http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-5040757/Chuck-Norris-claims-MRI-scan-poisoned-wife.html
Former model Gena Norris, 54, had three MRI scans in one week 'several years ago' to assess her rheumatoid arthritis
She claims it left her weak, tired, with bouts of pain and a burning feeling
Now Chuck Norris, 77, has filed a lawsuit against the drugmaker on behalf of his wife of 19 years

Then when no one can have MRI's because gadolinium can't be used everyone will complain and wonder why. Although hundreds of millions of people have had this drug used with no problem and there's no proof that these small amounts used in MRI's do any harm, lawsuits like this will end its use. There must be some small risk with any drug. The jury is out on gadolinium but similar claims such as standard infant inoculations make children autistic have been debunked but people hear anecdotal stories and believe them, which has lead to the return of small pox, etc. which had been eradicated from the US completely.
'I've given up my career. My whole life is about keeping her alive': Action movie hero Chuck Norris on why he believes his wife was poisoned by an MRI scan (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-5055763/Movie-hero-believes-wife-poisoned-MRI-scan.html)
Broken - that's how Gena Norris (left), wife of American action hero and martial arts expert Chuck Norris (centre, the couple together and right, with their children), describes herself now. The 54-year-old suffers from burning nerve pain and kidney problems and at one stage, four years ago, feared she would die. Today, the couple are convinced her problems are down to an injection she was given before a magnetic resonance imaging scan to check for rheumatoid arthritis. Chuck said: 'I've given up my film career to concentrate on Gena, my whole life right now is about keeping her alive.'
