Nov. 1, 2017

CBS has pulled rookie sitcom "Me, Myself & I" off the air after six low-rated episodes, TVLine has learned.

The new Monday entry starring Bobby Moynihan, John Larroquette and Jack Dylan Grazer premiered in September to 7.5 million total viewers and a 1.6 demo rating, but at last tally delivered under 4 mil with a 0.7 — placing last for the night among CBS’ new Monday sitcom block.

According to CBS, it “will return to the schedule at a later date.” (The series will remain in production, fulfilling its initial 13-episode order.)

According to what James posted it will , even if it just runs for 13 episodes ! ;)

So it's only going to be one season then?

Well maybe not! The way I see it is if it gets a following and the ratings go up, maybe it will get another chance, a second season! ;)

Not sure if I'm right, but that seems logical to me! ;)

Did they ever explain how the character grew 8 inches taller between the ages of 40 and 65?

I’d say the show is definitely cancelled. Regardless if they air the remaining episodes, pulling a show and replacing it with another pretty much means it’s a goner.

I was surprised when "low rated" was mentioned though. Thought the show was doing well.

They did the same thing to Angel From Hell. It got pulled and the remaining episodes were aired later. I'm sure it's save to say that CBS cancelled this show.

I don't watch that much brand new TV. I mostly wait until a series is renewed for a 2nd season, so I don't waste time and emotion getting involved with characters and a show.

However, my dvr only allows me to keep 5 episodes of a show at a time, so at some point I have to break tradition and watch the show.

I thought this plot and the actors sounded good, so I've been watching. It's not laugh out loud funny, but I was hoping it would pick up .... now I'm not hopeful at all.

Argh.

Wonder why the ratings dropped.

Maybe more people are interested in The Big Bang Theory instead.

Hey I was equally as bummed when CBS cancelled 2 Broke Girls and ABC canned Imaginary Mary.

Now I am not going to watch the new season of The Librarians because of that.
