"General Hospital" is bringing back Tamara Braun, but she will not be resuming her old role as Carly.

EW can exclusively reveal that Braun is returning to the ABC sudser on Nov. 22 — but as a whole new character.

I'm so glad Tamara Braun is back on my soap screens, shes a very talented actress and right away on today episode made a triumphant comeback. Welcome back Tamara, I miss you as Ava on Days, but I'm so glad General Hospital brought you back.
