I started getting interested in Petula Clark ever since I saw her sing the song Sign Of The Times in a Target commercial and I am surprised that Petula Clark is still fun and still singing fun songs today that are fun to sing along to and I'm sure almost everybody here loves Petula Clark's signature song Downtown and what's also shocking is that no singer or band has ever covered Petula Clark's songs aside from Christian pop band Sierra who covered Petula Clark's song Color My World on one of their albums and country singer Sonny James covered Petula Clark's song My Love as well

When did this commercial happen?

I loved Petula Clark and was completely mesmerized by many of her songs in the 60s. An amazing singer with a very interesting life story.

I have the Downtown 45 single and her greatest hits lp. I enjoy watching her videos on youtube.

I love her song "Kiss Me Goodbye"(1968)

I especially like "I Know A Place".

Petula Clark was also a pretty good actress, she was cute in the 1950's British comedy The Runaway Bus. Though she herself wasn't fond of the movie.

I like Petula Clark too!;) That is cool that her song "Sign of the times" is on a Target commercial now! ;)
