Nicholas Brendon found himself back behind bars again earlier this month.
The “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star was charged with felony domestic violence after allegedly pulling his girlfriend by her arm and her hair during an argument at the hotel bar at the Saguaro Palm Springs on Oct. 11, according to KESQ.
Witnesses reportedly called police and Brendon was released on a $50,000 bail the next day.
The 46-year-old has been arrested several times before, including for felony vandalism in 2010, malicious injury to property in 2014. He was cuffed four times in 2015 and faced charges including felony third-degree robbery, criminal mischief and obstruction of breathing after attacking a woman in a Saratoga Springs hotel room.
He’s also checked into rehab three times.
In September 2015, Brendon told “Dr. Phil” that he drinks to deal with his anxiety.
“It goes from, Hey, I’m having fun, to then I, literally, needed to have a drink before I could have a conversation with people,” he said.
“Drinking initially quells the anxiety, definitely, but then it just adds to the anger.”
Brendon walked out of that interview after claiming the host “went for the jugular” with questions about his past and his addictions.
