I noticed that on Rugrats after Chuckie's father Chaz gets married to Kimi's mom in Rugrats In Paris The Movie I noticed that on the Rugrats episode Finsterella Kimi's mom brings her poodle Fifi when they move into Chuckie's house but I could never figure out why Fifi the dog was allowed in the house when Chaz is allergic to dogs? Because every time i've seen this episode of Rugrats Kimi's mom apologizes to Chuckie's father for having a dog in the house. But on any other episodes of Rugrats whenever Tommy's dog Spike is in an episode Chuckie's father never sneezes when he sees Spike. So why was Chuckie given a dog on Rugrats?

Because its a Poodle. Poodles are one of a few breeds that do not produce dog dander as their "fur" is actually more like human hair. It rarely sheds and just continues to grow outward.

That or its a continuity error.
