Janis Hirsch worked as a writer on It's Garry Shandling's Show from 1986 to 1989

On Wednesday, she told of the harassment she faced in the Hollywood Reporter

Hirsch alleges she was excluded from meetings by male colleagues and made to cry

She claims she was only given scenes to write which featured the only female character at the time

On one occasion, an unnamed actor 'put his penis on her shoulder in a meeting'

Others laughed over the shocking display but she was 'told to quit the next day'

Hirsch, now 67, went on to write for Frasier and My Wife and Kids

Shandling, 66, died in March 2016 and Grey, 59, died in January this year
