Homer accidentally does something that makes it look like he's doing something inappropriate to Lisa, and she has to stay with Millhouse until the mess gets cleared up. I thought the episode where he got in trouble for bothering a babysitter was hilarious because he was acting like a buffoon over a piece of candy that was stuck to her dress.
