Does anyone know if there are two sinks in the boys' bathroom. I thought there was only one. When Beaver is up at night before going to the amusement park he goes into the bathroom to get some water. He walks by the sink, you hear a faucet sound and he emerges with a glass of water. Like the prop man handed it to him.
When the guys are waiting for Beaver at the door, he comes home wearing his jacket and June tells him to go wash face and hands, comb hair and put on his sweater. The guys have on their jackets, wonder why Beaver can't wear his? Wonder what happened to his new suede and leather jacket that cost $23.47 tax included.

According to the book "TV Sets" (which shows the set designs of a lot of shows), the boys' bath has one sink, below the window. This book also shows two guest rooms, making it a four bedroom house. Doubtful...if this were true, the boys definitely could have had separate rooms. These rooms have access to no bath...really odd.
Wally and Beaver's room is bigger than W&J's. The book shows W&J have a double bed, which we know is certainly not true!
There is a powder room downstairs, off the hall which leads from the foyer to the kitchen.
As far as the jacket goes, the Cleavers and Rickovers were still trying to figure out exactly what happened.

Wonder where they got the two guest rooms from?
End of season 2 when Ward tells the boys they had bought a new house, Wally told Beaver they would have their own rooms at the new house. Most likely this idea was scrapped as having them in the same room was much more convenient considering the majority of their conversations and interactions between Wally and Beav and Eddie, and some of Beaver's friends take place in their bedroom.

There are also some references in the show to a guest room, not rooms. In Nobody Loves Me, Wally wanted to move into THE guest room. Ward said if he did that it wouldn't be a guest room.

And when Wally has a friend overnight, Beaver sleeps in the guest room, and when Beaver has friends over, Wally sleeps in it.

Wonder why Uncle Billy wasn't asked to stay in the guest room. He stayed at the hotel.

Say, that's a good question. Why wouldn't a relative be offered the guest room? Of course, the Cleavers don't have a barber shop/manicurist.
