I checked the Dallas schedule and saw Gimme A Break is now airing on KTXD 47 weekday mornings at 11:00 AM. Unfortunately it replaces Who’s the Boss? But it’s still good that it’s on somewhere.

I lived in Dallas for three years and Commerce, Texas for one year. I remember when syndicated episodes of "Gimme a Break!" would come to the FOX Channel which was 33 on your dial then. Also, you mentioned the fact that it is now on in place of "Who's the Boss?". Is that a show that you are especially fond of?

I'm just glad it isn't on LOGO that butchers shows to pieces.

I am not sure, but I believe that LOGO is the network that started out catering to the gay community, but then became more secular as time went on. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes I like Who’s the Boss. I don’t live in Dallas but I follow this station’s schedule because it has some classic shows. I don’t know how many local channels still show Who’s the Boss. This channel also shows The Addams Family, The Munsters, Coach, All in the Family, and The Steve Harvey Show. I was also disappointed they replaced The Jeffersons with Steve Harvey.

You are correct about that, but they also butcher 8 minutes out of 21-25 minute shows to meet their vapid BS "time requirements". They butcher Alice, ODAAT, All in the Family, Facts of Life, Roseanne and The Nanny notably.

I take it that you are not too fond of Steve Harvey. Have you ever seen him as the host of "Family Feud"?
