Nanny Fine would never have put up with that kind of disrespect. If she sensed they were mad at her as in the Goodbye Alice Hello episode she would have confronted them directly not run away sniveling.

I loved Alice but wish she would have LET THEM HAVE IT!!! She was WAY too nice to them. That is why them turning against her like that on those occasions was so random. They treated her like she was their adversary, it didn't make any sense given the context of their long and loving relationship with her.
