In the 90's Animal Planet debuted it's kids game show called Animal Planet Zooventure in which contestants of kids competed for a chance to be zookeeper for a day at the famous San Diego Wild Animal Park. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest the show started with four teams of kids until two kids were left and the remaining team got to play a special bonus round and answered questions about animals. Animal Planet Zooventure also had stunt challenges which varied during each episode that aired and also animals were also featured along with a trainer who discussed interesting facts about the animal shown during each episode. JD Roth also served as executive producer of Animal Planet Zooventure and this show was so cool to watch and it's a surprise that Animal Planet should bring game shows back to the lineup rather than focusing on other types of animal reality shows and other shows
