The first color episode is scheduled on November 3, the day after the last black and white episode airs. I take it that means, assuming it stays on the schedule long enough, they're going to go all the way through all 12 seasons consecutively. No station has ever done that.

So that's the Friday after Halloween. That means it won't go back to Season 1 till like next Spring or Summer. Unless Me-TV has M3S back to back again.

Where did you read that?

As I've said elsewhere on this site, I have a login for MeTV's affiliate relations website.

Well, I didn't know you have a login for Me-TV's website because I didn't know you posted it elsewhere on this site since this is the first time you mentioned it.

I've mentioned it in some of the MeTV schedule threads I've posted in the general forum, but that doesn't really matter. I realize you might not have read every single post in those threads (nor is there really any reason to.)

At any rate, I hope they run seasons 11 and 12.

I'm sure they will. Anyways, thanks for the information and the heads-up.

I'm all for running the series in order. But in this case, since they've run seasons 6-10 so many times, I wish they'd just skip to 11 when they're done with 5. And then go back to 1 again before going back to season 6.

I'd personally prefer ALL eps. in order of seasons, i.e. Seasons 1-forward, including the later years.

According to my DVR schedule on the XFinity app on my iPhone, The First Marriage, which was the first M3S color ep. of the series, is scheduled to air on Me-TV on 11/3. So it's all true.

Still the question for the ages WILL Me TV run seasons 11 & 12?? Hmm? But I'm still thrilled they've run ALL (so far) the b/w episodes!!;)

I'm sure Me-TV will. When M3S was on Hallmark (or Odyssey at the time) at the turn of the century, they showed all the colored episodes from S6 through S11. I know TV Land showed the color episodes too, but I don't know if they showed all 7 of those color seasons on that network.

I wonder if Me-TV will have a commercial, promoting the color M3S eps. Or at least post a video of that ad online through its website. They ought to.

Possibly, but they've aired some of the color season eps in the past, so the promo may be low-key.

I wanted to mention that the Decades channel has aired a storyline from the start of Season 11 (Chip & Polly), so at least part of that season did hit the airwaves elsewhere, over the past year (at the end of one of their "Weekend Binges").

OK, I didn't know Me-TV aired color eps. of My Three Sons before. I thought that show was new on Me-TV which, I believe, hasn't even been around that long. And the airing of Decades TV and other channels has nothing to do with that of Me-TV. Although I hope they air all the color episodes like Hallmark/Odyssey did.

TV Land did show some season 11 episodes, no Season 12's, and Nick@Nite 27 years(!!) ago did play a select few episodes from Season 12, when Steve's twin cousin Fergus visits looking for a wife and also the very last episode.

Now in my world of My 3 Sons watching every Monday using my DVDs I just watched the last episode of season 10 (I watch episodes in order) this past Monday. That means this coming Monday I start with the first of Season 11 taken from TV Land back when TV Land was still a quality channel (in fact ME TV is a lot like TV Land used to be, least these are still the good old days thanks to Me TV, let's hope Me TV NEVER goes down the sorry route TV Land went).

Weigel Broadcasting owns ME-TV and is a part owner of Decades. They share a LOT of shows. Since some of season 11 of M3S was shown on Decades a short time ago, it does indicate that those episodes are available for ME-TV.

It'll be interesting to see if the color episodes have been remastered.

TV Land did play the first half of season 11 in the late 90s when they were showing M3S. Nick at Nite showed, in addition to the black and white seasons, the second half of season 11 and all of season 12 in their regular rotation when they had the show from 1985 to 1992.

I previously thought S1-S5, and S11-S12 were another syndication package. On another thread, someone shot that down. Evidently those seasons have been generally unavailable in syndication, other than "powerhouse" channels like N@N or MeTV that want them. Maybe they get them cheap.

I thought that for a while too, but yeah those were just the "leftover" seasons. When Nick at Nite first started, they essentially took whatever they could get. They showed a lot of things that no one else wanted, but they had a knack for making them seem desirable with clever promotion. The first two seasons of Bewitched were "leftovers" too until Nick at Nite made them popular again.

The main M3S syndication package originally included the first half of season 11 but those episodes were dropped in recent years.

This past Friday (Nov. 3), MeTV aired the first color episode (Season 6, Ep. 1).

In my opinion, this was easily one of the best episodes of the season. There was an unusual amount of activity, from Mike & Sally driving away to Steve getting into his old "little black book" (with funny results), to Chip's clandestine efforts to help out orphan Ernie, to Rob annoying Steve with odd dating tips. Vera Miles is a standout guest as Miss Coulter, and there's a touching scene between Steve and Ernie after Chip reports the young lad has been crying. Most episodes from here on out cannot match the combination of humor, pathos, and romance that make this one an essential episode of the series. Vera Miles continues for a few eps until Ernie settles in, so the first main storyline of the color era is a quality one.

So the colored eps. of M3S has been on Me-TV for a while.

Yes, they did air sets of color episodes at times, but M3S had not been a true MeTV mainstay like Donna Reed, the westerns, etc. Obviously that changed when they began the current M3S run (from the very beginning of the series).

Yes, they seem committed to M3S this time. It seems to be a 7:30 fixture.

The only problems they seem to have now are later in the day. 4-7 and 8-10 seem to see a lot of changes.

Still the question of the year is, Will Me TV show seasons 11 & 12? Now that they've shown the b/w's which I was thrilled at, now Will they show the other never shown seasons 11 & 12?

We can only hope...someone says they saw a Facebook post, months ago, where MeTV claimed to have the WHOLE series.

The last showings of those seasons were the heavily/horribly edited episodes on Odyssey/Hallmark. I'll cross my fingers that someone has done at least a little work on them.
