He sounds good, I always liked Deep Purple. Also, his voice kind of reminds me of Robert Plant.

I've never been a fan of Deep Purple but one band I'm listening to lately is Accept. With new lead singer Mark Tornillo, Accept has been re-energized and their last four albums are all excellent.

Ian’s been back in Deep Purple for the last 25 years. I think their best album is In Rock, from 1970. That’s the first one with Ian and it’s still the heaviest thing Purple ever recorded. Everything since then hasn’t been quite as good, and I’ve been enjoying Ian’s work with his own band, Gillan, more.

I don’t think Ian sounds like Robert Plant. He’s much better than Robert. I never got into Led Zeppelin.

I had it but got rid of it,im not sure why...
