If I had some influence at NBC and worked there in 1982, I would have convinced Grant Tinker and Brandon Tartikoff to pick up WKRP after it got canned by CBS. I know what could have been the perfect time slot for it. Thursday nights between Gimme a Break! And Cheers. I believe WKRP had a couple more seasons going for it and had WKRP been on NBC I would have also used leverage with RCA's record division to supply music on the show.
