Juanita was never seen. There is a rather common misconception that the Juanita Barney sees is Juanita Pike (played by actress Josie Lloyd who went onto play the albatross Lydia in Seasons 3 and 5), however in her first apperance Barney's Juanita's last name is stated as Beasley (Which incidentally was Goober's original last name before being switched to Pyle)

Barney and Thelma Lou did get married in the reunion movie Return to Mayberry after they broke up sometime in Season 5. It would be revealed in The Return of Barney Fife that she married a Rake Crew foreman, though their marriage would only last sixteen months.
