Andrew Lincoln is turning 44 today. He began working in British film and television in the mid-1990s, and had regular roles on the series This Life and the first series of Teachers. He has done some work in French film, notably in 2010’s Heartbreaker. Many film audiences would recognize him from his appearance in Love Actually as Mark, who was suffering from unrequited love for his best friend’s wife; Lincoln reprised the role earlier this year in Red Nose Day Actually. However, his best known role, especially for regular readers of this blog, is doubtless as Rick Grimes in The Walking Dead.
