"Great News" Enlists SNL's Cecily Strong for Season 2 (Exclusive)

Another "Saturday Night Live" vet is paying a visit to "Great News". Cecily Strong is set to guest-star on an upcoming episode of the sophomore comedy, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Strong will play Jessica, one of Katie's (Briga Heelan) old friends who traded in her single city life for a husband and kids in New Jersey. After Jessica throws a wildly elaborate gender reveal party, Katie begins to question her life choices, envying her friend's seemingly Pinterest-perfect life in the suburbs.

"Great News" returns for season two following "Will & Grace" on Sept. 28.
