In the 90's FOX launched C-Bear And Jamal which centered on the story of a boy named Jamal and his special friend C-Bear a hip-hop teddy bear who loved rap music and only came to life through Jamal's imagination and C-Bear was voiced by popular rap star Tone-Loc of Wild Thing fame. Although short-lived C-Bear And Jamal was truly a fun cartoon and one of FOX's underrated cartoons of Saturday Mornings
