ABC’s new comedy "The Mayor" has tapped Arsenio Hall to guest star, EW has learned exclusively.
Hall will appear in one episode as the distinguished, but hip Reverend Okoye, who is a role model and occasional father figure to Courtney Rose (Brandon Michael Hall).
