There's nothing disrespectful about people getting to see these films on the big screen. Tobe Hooper, the director of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, helped with the restoration before he passed, so bashing the release of the film in the theaters is a huge disrespect, and seeing the film on the big screen is a great way to honor something Hooper himself was working on before his death.

Well the big s
IT WAS SEEN IN THEATERS BUD :)

Gee really? So glad someone pointed that out to me.

Not all of us fans were old enough to see it during its original release, or some not even born yet when it was originally released, or had a chance to see it when it's been re released a handful of times in the theater.

So yes, some of us fans want to show respect to the late Tobe Hooper by seeing it released in the theater after he worked on getting it restored.

And this will be a great experience to share with my daughter, both of us getting to see it in the theater together.
