I'm not a conspiracy theorist. However, the raining blobs in Oakville was always fascinating to me. Not only did tons of residents come in contact with it (including police officers) they collected and tested samples of it. It contained 2 kinds of bacteria. I can't think of any other logical way that it could've rained down bacteria blobs naturally (and 4 different times). Also, if it really did, you'd think it would've created a panic within the CDC. I mean It randomly raining toxic bacteria?! But no, it was pretty much a non issue which is odd. To me, unless someone has info I don't, it had to have been, whether inadvertently or purposely, a test by someones government .

I literally just watched this case tonight. I know it said they had no samples left on which to run tests but I think I remember reading somewhere once that they were airplane related
