Monica Barbaro Tapped to Reprise "Chicago Justice" Role on "Chicago P.D." (Exclusive)

"Chicago P.D." is enlisting a familiar face for season five. "Chicago Justice" star Monica Barbaro is set to reprise her role on the NBC cop drama, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Barbaro's character, ASA Anna Valdez, will pop up in the fourth episode of the season, titled "Snitch." The appearance will reunite her with former "Justice" co-star Jon Seda, who is returning to "Chicago P.D." as a series regular for season five after leaving to join the cast of "Chicago Justice" late last year.



This will mark Barbaro's third appearance on "Chicago P.D." She appeared twice last season, also as her "Justice" character.

"Chicago P.D." returns for season five on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 10 p.m. on NBC.
