As most of us probably know UPN and the WB get the lowest ratings out of all six networks. Why do you think that is. Is it because all there shows are bad. I really have no idea why. the Fox network was able to get much better ratings than the Wb and UPN when it started out. The WB is 5 years old, by then Fox I beleive did have viewer ship in the double digits such as 12 million viewers. I don't beleive UPN or the WB have ever gotten double digit viewership. The WB's highest rated show 7th Heaven only gets 9 million viewers averagly. Why?
