Someone made the decision to start the Labor Day Marathon at 5am in the morning? Who the hell is going to be watching Antenna TV at 5am in the morning on a holiday? Then the marathon is ending just in time so that Antenna TV can still air Johnny Carson at 10pm that night:crazy:

Why is it such a bad thing? They're doing it for those who live in different time zones. Some people are just up at 5:00AM. And plus, they want it to end in time for Johnny Carson at 10:00PM and WBK doesn't have enough episodes to marathon for that long anyway.

Johnny Carson seems to be a permanent fixture at 10 PM as long as AntennaTV has the rights. It's the only programming they won't disrupt for a marathon.
So they can't run the marathon all through the night and have to start it earlier.

I figured that and did the calculations and was like......."The last episode of WBK airs at 9:30pm:o

If it was 24 hours, they'd play more than half of the episodes

Yeah that's true, so a 1 day marathon makes sense just wish it started a little later

He started out at 11PM eastern on weeknights, and the 90 minute episodes changed nights from Sunday to Friday. And 99.9% of the time he is not preempted, but Christmas Eve 2016 was the first and only time so far. Part of that may have been Christmas Eve was on a Saturday and they had to air 4 hours of E/I shows then.
