In 1990 Warner Brothers Animation and Amblin Entertainment launched Tiny Toon Adventures which featured characters never seen before in Warner Brothers cartoons such as Buster Bunny Babs Bunny Elmira Plucky Duck Dizzy Devil Gogo Shirley The Loon Hamton Pig and money obsessed Montana Max as they had fun adventures while learning about the fun world at their school and Tiny Toon Adventures is considered to be one of Warner Brothers Animation's most successful cartoons in the history of Warner Brothers. Tiny Toon Adventures became so popular in TV but also had merchandise such as food video games toys and clothing as well as a movie called Tiny Toons Adventures How I Spent My Vacation that debuted in 1991. I think Warner Brothers knew how successful Tiny Toons Adventures would become because having Stephen Spelberg and Amblin Entertainment on their team helped a lot

OMG!!! That is one of my all time favorites from the 90s. I loved the movie and I loved all the episodes. I don't have a favorite, I just love them all. The same goes for the characters. Don't forget Fifi the skunk. This along with Animainiacs were the best from Warner Brothers Animation.
