From The Guardian in Britain: former famed British television personality Bruce Forsyth has today passed on at 89. He was on Bruce Forsyth's Hot Streak for a brief run on ABC when I was 5; he didn't last even a tenth as long on that as Richard Dawson did on Feud from 1976-85 on that same network.

Sad to hear his passing. i think Bruce Forsyth was best known as the Host of Play Your Cards Right(UK version of Card Sharks)

I enjoyed Bruce Forsyth on Hot Streak and also on his appearance on The Muppet Show
IMO, Hot Streak should've lasted long had NBC picked it up just like they did other Reg Grundy Shows in $ale of the Century, SCRABBLE and the short-lived Time Machine, plus the theme was great and the Flashy Big Board Set was AWESOME!
God Bless You Bruce Forsyth, May You R.I.P. and Thank You for all you've done for the Game Show and Entertainment Industry all over the world
and now, he's in the great big sky with Gene Wood, Richard Dawson, Jim Perry, Charlie Tuna, Reg Grundy and Dick Clark

Yes and such an inferior vehicle to display his multifarious talents, the last of the great entertainers who cut his teeth in the era of music hall and the likes of whom we will never witness again.
