I don't know if anyone else on here ever woke up on Saturday or Sunday mornings or even if it was on Friday Night back in the day. Vh1 Top 20 countdown was the place to be to get your top music videos. It was sad they took it off without a farewell in late 2015. Jim Shearer was the bomb when it came to counting down the videos.

I heard MTV just announce that Total Request Live is coming back in October which is cool news maybe the Music Videos ain't dead yet. I mean that's why we have MTV its name is Music Television anyways not Miscellaneous television, all we need is another flop Nick at Nite and TV land which haven't been good since Mid 2000, and I miss those too.

So if MTV can bring back TRL, why can't VH1 bring back their Top 20 Countdown i mean they are called Video Hits One for a reason, so why not bring back the once heyday music videos. And bring back Jim Shearer or even Aamer back they were awesome.

wasnt that Total Request Live or was there a top 20 countdown before TRL started. I don't know much about MTV top 20 countdown. I was a big fan of VH1's Top 20 countdown though.
