MeTV showed this episode today. The Internet Movie Database lists Shelley Fabares as a cast member (and IMDB Trivia notes that it's her last series appearance) but she was not in the episode and not in the closing credits. Just a mistake on IMDB I guess.

This would make the seventh season episode "Old Faithful" Shelley's actual last appearance.
