The western genre is well known: shows like Bonanza, Gunsmoke, and The Rifleman. Is there an eastern genre? (There might not be). Shows simply set in an Eastern city like New York or Boston wouldn't count.

The main characters were in New York, New Haven, Deer Harbor and Boston. The Following had the characters in Virginia, Havenport, New York and Washington D.C. |
