As much as I Love this show, I must admit that it had quite a few corny moments. The only show I can think of off the top of my head that had more was Full House. But that isn't a slam, because I believe the goofy moments is partly what gave the show it's charm. I think the corniest moment iv'e ever seen was when Willis, Kimberly, and Charlene started singing Ebony and Ivory. Of course i'm all for everyone loving everyone, but I can't help but chuckle when I see that episode. You can even hear a few audience members laughing. What are some of your corniest Diff'rent Strokes moments?

Don't forget The Brady Bunch for being corny also. I think some corny moments are when the discuss what happened like when somebody does something bad and they discuss it. That's kinda corny. Also, I can see that they did a lot of things together as a family too. Infact, too much!

Here's a few corny moments that jump to mind-

1. In the earlier episodes, they always seemed to enjoy fininshing with Mr Drummond saying some kind of moral to summorise the episode.

I remember some of them being-

"Just remember guys, nothing in this world can replace a lost friend" and then Willis and arnold saying "Aye men."

And another one I think said something like "When you love something in life, you should follow it through to the end."

2. The last line in The Bicycle Man.
They are two of my favourite episodes but I think that was the worst last line in any show I've ever seen! Something like "I didn't like all those things Mr Horton was doing at the Bicycle Shop, but some hugging and kissing is ok" and then it ends with a hug. That was so corny!

3. The episode "Shoot Out At The OK Arcade." I think this is probably the episode I hate the most- and it was so corny when Arnold had that dream sequence were he was in the computer game and then later the audience applauded when Arnold beat Willis.

I think DS did well though to not have very many corny moments.
