Vienna Waits and Jim's Mario's are shown with the music intact on Hulu. Shame they couldn't get the rights for the music on the DVD releases.

I'd make myself a "Taxi" bonus disc, using clips, interviews (from online) as well as the unedited version of those episodes. daveorender 07-14-2018, 12:57 AM I know. It's a shame you can't burn it to a disc. You can. The question is, why a disc? No one uses DVDs any more. Adamantium 07-14-2018, 02:33 PM You can. The question is, why a disc? No one uses DVDs any more. No one uses DVDs anymore? I was just watching all 60 episodes of "Car 54, Where Are You?" on DVD. I always watch DVDs. Streaming shows is fine, but that stuff could go away. With a DVD you own it. Look at Netflix, shows come and go all the time. But if you have it on DVD, you have it forever. So that's why a disc. So once you have it, unless you break the disc, you have the episodes practically forever. Who knows when they'll take certain shows off of streaming sites? daveorender 07-21-2018, 04:40 PM No one uses DVDs anymore? I was just watching all 60 episodes of "Car 54, Where Are You?" on DVD. You own Netflix or Hulu streams, too, if you download them using a Hauppauge or other internal or external video capture card, or record them using PlayOn Desktop. You then back them up to a cloud backup service, and you're golden. Discs take up far too much space. |
