A "Saturday morning outfit" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4m_vcNHhCEU&t=16s) (LANGUAGE WARNING FOR THE LINK (http://gobayside.tumblr.com/post/61513543716/episode-033-with-matt-belknap-from-nurse-to)) is kind of difficult to explain clearly. I guess the easiest way that I can explain it is when an attractive young woman dresses like in the nicest way that I could possibly describe it, a 1980s (https://www.google.com/search?q=1980s+womens+fashion&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiiyOaOm7jVAhXCiVQKHb2PBhsQ_AUICigB&biw=1440&bih=785)-early '90s (when there was still an '80s hang-over (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TwoDecadesBehind)) styled (but no too revealing) floozy (i.e. high-heeled pumps (http://media.sbtbreviewed.com/SBTBReviewedEp035.mp3), stockings (http://homeless-wino.livejournal.com/5136.html), short skirts, waist belts, shoulder pads, etc.). Basically something that a woman would theoretically wear for a night out on the town than something say at the office. The best example that I can think of is Nancy Valen as Nurse Jennifer on Saved by the Bell:

Another example could be Lara Jill Miller in the Gimmie a Break! episode "Monkey See, Monkey Do" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkk7q97qGoM).
