View Full Version : Has anyone ever had trouble with JCPenney's customer service before?

When I have gone shopping at stores I have never witnessed trouble with stores when I have bought stuff as I have noticed at stores today and I have never seen so much trouble with JCPenney as I had with my mom and here's the story,
A month ago my mom bought a loveseat from JCPenney and had gotten it at a good price because it was gonna be a birthday gift for herself but then she found out that the loveseat was gonna be given free delivery and setup she tried to get the free delivery and setup of the loveseat but JCPenney would not give it to her because Mom placed the order too late and so yesterday Mom spent two hours talking on the phone trying to get a customer service person to give her a price adjustment on the loveseat and she was hung up on and later when Mom tried to call JCPenney's customer service hotline when she demanded the price adjustment they wouldn't give it to her and called her names like liar and were bullies to her. After dealing with JCPenney's attitude Mom finally gave up and cancelled the loveseat and the next day we then called the delivery service and told them we canceled the loveseat but they still showed it as being delivered tomorrow. After Mom told me the horrible story I cannot believe that JCPenney would do such a thing to it's customers and so I would like to know if anyone has had trouble with JCPenney when you have brought stuff from them?
