I had assumed Home Improvement would return with their other series after Hallmark's Christmas in July movie weeks. But I just checked my listings and all 4 hours of it on weekdays are gone. Movies will now air at 2PM and 4PM, as if all weekend and the last 2 months of the year aren't enough. The other daily series were not touched. For now Home Improvement remains in primetime Friday nights in the 8PM hour, but that is it.

Not cool at all. Why did Hallmark even bother to pull the show from the weekday lineup just so they can show even more movies? They should just take the show off the schedule in general. Might as well.

It's a ridiculous move in my opinion.

HI has always underperdormed in ratings with cable, syndication etc . Not a surprise it is removed.

Heh. I bet that's the exact reason why. The ratings.

I think Hallmark Channel should move Home Improvement to the 6PM-8PM timeslot and move Last Man Standing to the 8PM-10PM timeslot weeknights.

To me, this doesn't change the fact that the show went for eight years when some shows don't even last half that long. :) :) :)

God bless you always!!!

HI was on for a while on Hallmark. I think they ran the show into the ground. Hallmark is a weird channel.
