A while ago they said they were stopping releases of "The Simpsons" on DVD. Gladly, that didn't last too long!

Are Seasons 17 and 19 going to be released?

Season 17 was already released a few years ago.

This articles states that they've recorded commentary for season 19 and 20 as well. Now 20 was already released (out of order), but apparently it was a bare bones set. So if they release it again, it would be with commentaries.

Now we'll get to see episodes like The Book Job and Holidays of Christmas Past.Those are the most recent classics. Even Barthood.

And to think that I was just about to order a set of bootleg DVDs.
