I think they are a little overly optimistic about ATSC 3.0. While it's going to create more real estate for their networks, it also requires the viewer to spend money on more equipment to get the signal, and it isn't being mandated by the FCC. But at least the spectrum auction didn't turn out to be a disaster either, so the stronger networks (Metv, antennatv, etc) should be around for years to come.
