I bought it on EBay and it came today. I'll post it for you, but it's 42 pages long, so I'll have to do a little at a time. Here's the first 3 pages. I'll be back to start with the actual show. (Tell me if this is readable).

Too bad LOGO is related to TV Land, and they edited out about 7 1/2 minutes out of "The Nearness of You".

I also think it's interesting that it's "Barbara's Living Room" & "Barbara's Kitchen". And not the "Horvath/Royer Living Room" and "Horvath/Royer Kitchen" or something.

Actually LOGO added scenes that Antenna cut out!! ;) Not to repeat myself and be a "square bore" but I posted this already. An extra scene with Barbara and Max that explained why there might be tension between them ( Barbara pretended they had a work related fight) ! And Ann was in the LOGO version!!! ;)

Well, they might've added back that, but they probably hacked away at other pivotal scenes. As I said before, I KNOW that Logo edits the crap out of their shows. I've watched All in the Family and The Facts of Life and scenes that were totally necessary to the plot were just hacked away. Let's not forget that Logo, for no reason, edited out every Barbara scene out of an episode! Boycott Logo!!!

Remember I wrote you and mentioned I had bought things and wanted to post about them? This and the TV Guide were two of them. There's a third hopefully on the way, but that's more for Alex Cooper (cryptic hint:wave: )

Well no one says they can't read it, so I'll do some work. I can do 7 attachments a post, so I figure it'll take me 6 posts. Hopefully have it done before the weekend ends. I need to take the shots, resize them, and post.

Only in 'Conners Crisis', and Antenna does the same. Logo actually restored her to 'The Maestro ', so in my book Logo wins.

LOGO must like my Max!;)  I noticed a lot of his stuff was left in that was cut out of Antenna! Besides this one, Dear Max a BUNCH of dialogue when Max was talking to a sleeping Annie in her crib! Also in the "Love and marriage" number by Max and Julie at the retirement home , Antenna had cut out a segment of their dance number! And Perils of plastic and Girl with a past, LOGO kept in some good Max dialogue that Antenna cut out! ;)

Only thing in Julie comes back, Max's great butt shot getting in the bed in the alcove was cut out by LOGO!!!:( BOO for that!!:( IDK why a channel like LOGO would cut out a hot, male butt shot if you get my drift!!!!!:happyface  :D

What I don't like about LOGO is all the advertisements every few minutes for other shows they run. Like that Ru Paul show and all that! I could do without that! :p

This was the 19th episode shot of the 22 shows of the last season.

"Off We Go" was actually shot 20th and "Bringing in The Clowns" 21st and "Another Man Shoes" was assigned 22nd episode production status. (Bonnie,Pat and Howard are not in "Bringing in The Clowns")

I wonder if they taped the dress run-through with the audience as a "safety" even though they would do pick-ups after taping the aired version?

This is a fun read - I haven't read a TV script in years.

It's interesting to see the last minute dialog and direction changes hand written in.

I wonder if any unused scripts/early drafts of ODAAT are kicking around?

It's such an insanely short scene though and plus I'm sure LOGO took out other scenes that Antenna kept in on that episode! Am I right?

I wonder how long it took Max to work through his feelings for her.

Damn, why couldn't they have done this earlier in the season so it could have played out for a few more episodes.

I wanted more toe curling talk, more angst and Mark's reaction to the betrayal.

Also in a perfect world Julie would come back later and try to beg Max to take her back and he would be happily coupled with Duck Pond Bonnie by that point.

My bank account disagrees.

For real, a few other ODAAT scripts have popped up in the past couple of months (it's another of my Ebay alerts). But it needed to be a Barbara focused episode for me to rationalize the purchase. The closest I came to considering it was Mrs. O'Learys Kid, but I ended up never putting down a bid.
