"Revenge" is so good I have binged almost the entire series. I think the show is perfect because it has both strong male and female characters and a good combination of action with soap opera.

When I search I find shows like "Pretty Little Liars" and shows without appeal to men. I love the continuing stories and cliffhangers. My next binge will be "Dallas" which like "Revenge" has something both my wife and I can enjoy together without watching actual daytime soaps. I used to love "Edge of Night" which was another show that had elements that appealed to a broad audience with gangsters and soap all in 30 minutes.

Does anyone have any ideas for other shows to look out for? Thanks.

Shows like Revenge usually bomb, so I can't think of anything recent like Revenge that wasn't cancelled very quickly. Try Nikita (2010 series), it's the closest thing I can think of that has action and soap elements.
