I'm not referring to consistently bad shows like Two and a Half Men and 2 Broke Girls where all the characters are lousy, rather shows that are usually good like Night Court. Everything about Lisette (stenographer in the last 2 seasons) was annoying, especially the way she gasped every time she started talking. This is the only role listed for Jolleen Lutz in my primetime directory, at least she didn't bring down any other shows.

She was in two 80's horror movies I like Frankenstein General Hospital and Twice Dead.

Night Court had JTS by the time she joined.

Speaking of which, a big change you’ll notice here in Season Eight is is the addition of Joleen Lutz as bubbly court stenographer Lisette (https://nightcourt.fandom.com/wiki/Lisette_Hocheiser), who appears in almost every episode from here until the end of the series. Ultimately, she does nothing for the show other than distracting from the more atrocious storytelling that’s going on…

The whole continuation starting Tuesday should have been built around Lisette. Wasted opportunity. Now it gonna flop.
