I thought this place might enjoy this. Here’s the daily schedule of the over-the-air nostalgia networks:

I didn’t include any cable networks -- INSP, TV Land, Hallmark, MTV2, etc. -- because of time plus I'm not as familiar with their scheduling. I’m sure there are a couple other OTA netlets that have some retro programming, but I was aiming for the higher-profile ones. This schedule will be updated next weekend when Antenna TV rolls out a new schedule.
If anyone is interested in helping me keep the spreadsheet up to date or just general feedback, let me know. I don’t keep up regularly on all the minor netlets since I don’t even receive all of them but would love to keep this sheet current. This is part of a bigger task of mine. I’m trying to breathe some life into the classicTV sub on Reddit -- https://www.reddit.com/r/ClassicTV/ -- though I’d like to think this spreadsheet holds plenty of value in the long run and to a larger audience.
