Hi everyone. I’m organizing a Trivia Night charity event for my local parish. One of the categories I’m trying to have is “Series finales.” I was wondering if anyone knows what the last 4 or 5 lines of the final episode were and what the scene was? Any help you can give me will be great. Thank you in advance.

I don't think Taxi had a real series finale. I think it just ended.

It's true Taxi never had a fitting series finale. It was robbed of one by NBC who took over the show from ABC. What a crime!

Weren't the Retrospective episodes (the last two made) considered a series finale?

I don't know if they were or not. I thought they made a nice ending, but an actual finale would have been nice. Louie needed to get his comeuppance :D

I count episode 112 "The Grand Gesture" as the series finale. I mean the retrospective was more of a special. It wasn't an actual acted episode. Danny DeVito just hosts. In the final scene of 112, Jim wittnesses Louie giving Jeff the $1,000 he had given Louie to give to anyone. The last line is Jim, "Feels Good, Doesn't It Boss?"
