One episode that several people have posted about in the past is the one called "Kelly's Kids". In this episode, there was a female neighbor who did not like the idea of three little boys of three different ethnic backgrounds living next door to her and her husband. She was quite vocal in how she felt about it. While discussing the situation with her husband, Mrs. Kelly said "Mrs. Payne said things that would make Archie Bunker sound like a liberal"! This line always stuck with me. Last night, I was over on You Tube and watched the video for the book "And Tango Makes Three". For those of you who did not know, this is a children's book about two gay male penguins raising a female baby penguin. According to the person who posted it, it was based on a true story. A bunch of viewers have posted their comments on the reading of this story. Someone posted a big, long message about how terrible and immoral this story is. This poster went on to use such words as sick and perverse to describe homosexuality. After that, he or she went on to write about we all need to learn to fear Jesus! I replied to this poster with "what are you trying to do, make Archie Bunker sound like a liberal?" I then added, "I could not resist that one!" I would really like to thank the "Brady Bunch" for putting that line in my head so I could use it in this situation!
